Acquisition of Web host and domain name registrar Moniker will help to expand Oversee.net operations.

January 7, 2008 (TopHosts News Brief) - Moniker, a Pompano, Florida-based domain registrar and partner of Web host Coolhandle.com, has been acquired by online marketing company Oversee.net.

Moniker headquarters will remain in Pompano Beach and Monte Cahn will continue as its president and CEO. The company hopes the addition of Moniker will help to expand its array of services. It plans to leverage Moniker’s live auction with the back-office services offered by the recently acquired SnapNames to offer comprehensive live and silent auction services.

The first demonstration of the integration will be at DOMAINfest Global in Hollywood, California later this month.
